Our Services

At Pinney Davenport Nutrition, we offer services to accommodate individual needs. We are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN'S) with extensive and specialized training in the field of eating disorders. We see clients of all ages, from very young children and adolescents to adults.

*Please note that we are a fee-for-service practice, which means we do not accept insurance. We do provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance provider.

 
 
 
  • Individual Medical Nutrition Therapy

Our experienced staff of RDN's provide counseling and education in the treatment of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, and picky eating. Initial consultation appointments last 60 minutes and follow up appointments last 45-50 minutes. The frequency of follow up session is determined based on the needs of each client.

  • Family Based Nutrition Counseling

We also provide Family-Based Counseling to empower and draw on the insights of parents and families of our clients. 

  • Meal Support Groups

Maureen Gately, RDN, LD, CEDRD-S offers a weekly virtual meal support group aimed at helping clients connect with others while meeting their nutritional needs. The meal theme or guidelines for the meal are determined in advance and each client has an opportunity to challenge themselves in a way that feels personally meaningful to their recovery. Each session is 45-50 minutes. Anyone age 18 or older is welcome; please email us if you are interested in meal support for yourself/someone under the age of 18.

  • Professional Supervision

Ashley Palatiello, M.Ed., RDN, CEDRD-S is available for individual or group supervision. Ashley is an IAEDP approved supervisor who works from a HEAS informed, weight-inclusive perspective. ashley@pinneydavenport.com

Maureen Gately, MS, RD, CEDRD-S is a specialist in treating eating disorders and is available for both group and individual supervision. Supervision can be utilized generally to sharpen one's tools in treating this population or to become an IAEDP-approved eating disorders specialist.
